“Fazaa for Kuwait” … Global sets up extensive warehouse with an area of 10,000 sqm to support charities
As part of its initiatives to tackle the Corna pandemic and under the slogan “Fazaa for Kuwait – We stand for You”, Global Clearing House Systems announced the preparation of a 10,000 sqm warehouse temporarily for storage and warehousing operations. This comes upon the decision issued by the Ministry of Trade & Commerce and the Ministry of Social Affairs, which stipulated that charitable societies will be allowed to import supplies for the preparation of food baskets for Kuwaiti citizens and residents on this good land.
This step comes from the belief of the company in its role and social responsibility towards humanitarian charitable work and in support of the role of charitable societies in promoting the concept of cooperation and solidarity in society, in addition to support the governmental humanitarian efforts in facing this epidemic.
It is worth noting that the warehouse has been equipped with a special storage system program, in addition to the necessary equipment and labor to operate the production line of packing the relief supplies.
Global confirmed the importance of supporting all charitable societies and civil society institutions in the State of Kuwait in general and in this exceptional period in particular to contribute in providing aid and assistance to families and individuals affected by the Corona crisis.
