Global Clearing House Systems has launched an initiative to manage the crisis

Dr. Mohammed Ismail Al Ansari, Chairman of Global Clearing House Systems, said: “In light of the partnership with the General Administration of Customs and the responsibility that falls upon us, Global Clearing House Systems has launched an initiative to manage the crisis and face the exceptional circumstances in the country to encounter the Corona virus and protect our beloved people by abiding to the precautionary measures recommended by the esteemed cabinet and based on the instructions and directives of the Ministry of Health”.

Al Ansari explained that since the beginning of the crisis, the company started to provide all necessary sanitizing material, masks and gloves to our soldiers in the front lines of defense in the General Administration of Customs to confront this dangerous epidemic. In addition the company disinfects and sterilizes all customs facilities, all inspection locations in customs ports, sterilizes the container doors before opening and sterilizes the goods before they are unloaded and during inspection.

He added, “one of the main initiatives undertaken by the company is providing information technology support to reduce interaction and gatherings by completing work remotely through the use of the technological services available at the Customs’ platform. Worth noting, we continue to provide our services and work around the clock”.
